The Delhi Substantial Courtroom on Wednesday ruled that it is compulsory to put on a cover up in a vehicle even when Driving Alone.
If the vehicle traverses through public places, there may be others who may risk exposure, the Court stated that.
“Wearing of the cover up of the face include inside a motor vehicle, which can be occupied by either a single individual or several persons, is… compulsory from the framework of your COVID-19 pandemic,” an order additional mentioned.
