This meal contains some sudden however scrumptious ingredient swaps: hummus instead of bitter cream plus kale and sprouts instead of lettuce.
Superfood Taco Bowls
For the meat
- 1 pound 95/5 floor beef
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
For the bowls
- 2 cups cooked brown rice (licensed gluten-free if crucial)
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 2 cups kale, leaves stripped from stems and chopped
- 1 cup sprouts
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup salsa
For the meat: Preheat skillet to medium-high warmth. Add floor beef, and stir constantly till barely browned. Add apple cider vinegar and spices, and proceed cooking till absolutely cooked.
For the bowls: Separate the bottom beef into 4 servings. Then, add 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 2 tablespoons hummus, 1/2 cup kale, 1/4 cup sprouts, 1/4 cup diced tomatoes and a pair of tablespoons salsa to every bowl.
